As leaders in their country and region, parliamentarians have influence that can help advance the right to freedom of religion or belief for all. We support parliamentarians in their own initiatives to advance this human right in their local contexts. We also orchestrate opportunities for parliamentarians to join others in advocacy initiatives and campaigns that seek to bring transformative change in the space of legislation, policy and societal attitudes. At the regional level, we work closely with regional networks on relevant issues. We also provide safe spaces for dialogue and debate which is an important foundation for working to find common ground and sustainable solutions.
