Drawing on leading experts and practitioners, the Academy is tailored to meet the learning and developmental needs of parliamentarians to deepen their understanding and sharpen their assessments of challenges related to freedom of religion or belief in their own context. This consists of formal lectures as well as more relaxed one-to-one interactive spaces and small group work. Participating parliamentarians benefit from the opportunity to network, share and learn from fellow parliamentarians’ experiences and best practices from across the world.
The Academy runs once a year. The working language of the Academy is English, so fluency in the language is required of all participants.
